Bronco Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint

Bronco Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint is a high-performance, flexible coating designed to provide exceptional waterproofing and weather resistance for interior and exterior surfaces. Surface Preparation:

Surface should be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, oil and grease. Remove loose paint. Use paint scraper and sand with grit 120 - 180 sandpaper.

For old masonry, remove old loose paints with steel brush or metal palette. Sand down with grit 100 to 120 sandpaper to create an even surface. Apply filler or putty on small cracks or holes. Let dry overnight. Apply 2 to 3 coats of Bronco Elastomeric Paint and allow 2 hours before re-applying paint. Low temperature will affect drying time. Allow longer drying time before re-application. Clean tools and painting materials with water.

Application:

New surfaces should be treated with concrete neutralizer to reduce alkalinity. For best result, apply 1 to 2 coats of Bronco Concrete Primer Sealer to aid in adhesion and seal concrete pores. See package instructions for application. Apply 2 to 3 coats of Bronco Elastomeric Paint.

Mixing:

Stir thoroughly using a broad flat stirrer or mixing stick.

Coverage:

• 4 Liters - 20-25sqm (single coat) | 10-12sqm (double coat)
• 18 Liters - 80-100 sqm (single coat) | 40-50 sqm (double coat) 

Drying Time:

• Touch dry: 15-30minutes
• Hard dry : 12hours
