SHIPPING POLICY

Store Pickup - 228 Roosevelt Ave, Quezon City 

• Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm, and are generally ready within 3 days after order confirmation. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

• We deliver nationwide. During checkout, enter your contact details, address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Then our customer service team will call you to confirm your order. All orders will be proceeded as long as it is serviceable by our courier and delivery partners.
• Orders placed during store hours (Monday - Sunday, 9am - 5pm) will be processed for delivery within 2-3 business days for Metro Manila & 5-7 days or more for OUTSIDE Metro Manila. 
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a text message with real-time tracking information.
